Georgia Tech’s Research Data Management program is a collaborative, institute-wide effort jointly led by the OIT and the Library to help faculty, staff, and students manage data throughout the research process.

The Georgia Tech Library can help you manage and archive your research data. They can assist with Data Management Plans (DMP) and the DMP Tool, as well as, data sharing and archiving which complies with all federal agency policies.

Georgia Tech Cybersecurity is tasked with guiding faculty in compliance with DFARS clause 252.204-7012 and NIST 800-171 requirements around protected data. The Enterprise Data Management (EDM) team maintains the repository of institutional data and oversees data governance. Sometimes in your role as a researcher, you will have the need to obtain institutional data. For on-demand access to institutional data related to research or students, you can view the EDM Lite site.

GT Crossroads is a web portal that provides researchers, faculty, and staff with a single centralized page to access the myriad of critical administrative tools used to support research functions.
