Project Launch Support

Interim Support to Initiate Center Activities

  • Guidance on operational best practices and institutional resources and processes
  • Oversight of administrative, financial, hiring, communications, and other workflows

We support development and launch of large-scale research projects that typically include:
 

  • Engagement of teams that span disciplines and institutions
  • Formation of a center or institute with multiple functions
  • Proposed budgets greater than $10 million
